This morning we kicked off one of our favorite annual events at Explorer Elementary.. One Book, One School! For the next two weeks, learners will travel to the Land of Oz and join Dorothy and her new friends as they follow the yellow brick road on their journey to find the Great and Powerful Oz!
Each day, classrooms will read a few chapters from the story. Our PTO has generously purchased one copy of the book for each family. We welcome you to follow along with the story at home as well!

As a result of the dangerously low wind chill temperatures forecast for tomorrow (-40 to -50 below), there will be no school on Thursday, December 22nd.
