This week, we launched One Book, One School! Learners are reading the Wizard of Oz together. We launched the fun week with some special visitors and took a school-wide photo!

Journey Elementary will be hosting a Student Art Show on Wednesday, March 30th from 6 – 8 PM. Each learner will have a piece of their visual artwork on display! We are looking for volunteers to help set up, run a cash register and take the Art show down. Girls on the Run (GOTR) registration is open for Journey Elementary! Starts March 2nd and ends May 11th: Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:15-4:30pm – 3rd through 5th grade girls of all abilities. To register go to www.embe.org/gotr and click on the green box “Registration.”
