Second graders have been busy this week in Library learning how to search for a genre and use the Dewey Decimal system to find their books!
This young lady was nominated for the #GoodNewsCallofTheDay by Mrs. Ling for being an amazing friend! She makes sure everyone is included or has a buddy for games and activities. She is patient and kind and has been welcoming to a new student.

4th graders at Journey were able to check out pelts and skulls from beaver and other aquatic mammals, a chiseled tree piece and bark strips. They even dressed a learner up like a beaver to show their many adaptations-paddle board for the tail, goggles for the eye membranes!

Learners in MakerSpace are learning about electricity and today made “Squishy Circuits” with PlayDoh! #MakerSpace
Our 4th graders have been studying Native American History and the connection to SD. This week was all about the Plains and Sioux tribes of SD and how they used all parts of a bison. They gained understanding; and are honing their skills at deriving information from objects.
