At the board meeting last night, the WEB program was highlighted as a leadership opportunity for 8th grade students that supports incoming 6th graders across the district as they transition into middle school. The program begins in the spring with 5th grade visits and continues into the fall with student-led orientation activities designed to build connections, increase comfort, and ease anxiety for new middle school students. #TigerProud 🐾

Hi! I’m Katie Osmanski, and I’m honored to have been nominated for Teacher of the Year! This is my fifth year serving as a special education teacher in the Harrisburg School District. I am a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, and I lead the Tiger Success Center at North. My passion for education is fueled by working with our learners who struggle socially, emotionally, and behaviorally. I love working with students across all three grade levels and helping them build confidence as they develop the social and behavioral skills needed to navigate challenges, build independence, and thrive both in school and beyond.
