Horizon Blanket Club was made up of twenty-nine 5th Graders who made 15 blankets to donate to Project Warm-Up. The Blanket Club was sponsored by Thrivent Action Teams who supplied $$ for the fleece. These learners worked as a team to teach each other how to cut, tie, and stretch the blankets. One blanket maker was inspired to go out and buy more fleece and make a blanket for a friend. Project Warm up donates blankets to children, shelters, communities impacted by natural diasters and more. #ProjectWarmUp #ThriventActionTeams
